1. The Foundation
By accessing droidDo, you are joining a movement designed to decentralize business intelligence and empower individual creators. These Terms of Use ("Pact") govern your relationship with the droidDo platform, including our AI-native operating system, droids, and multi-tenant infrastructure.
If you do not agree to these terms, you are not permitted to use the platform. Our mission is to enable anybody who can create value to become financially independent — but this requires a shared commitment to responsibility, ethics, and mutual respect.
2. The Intelligence Engine
droidDo is powered by advanced Large Language Models, including Claude. You acknowledge that AI-generated output is the result of probabilistic reasoning and, while highly capable, may occasionally produce errors or hallucinations.
Human-in-the-Loop
You are the ultimate decision-maker. You are responsible for reviewing and validating all actions taken by your Droids before they impact your business or clients.
Agentic Conduct
When you authorize a Droid to interact with third-party services (email, socials, CRM), you accept full liability for those interactions and any resulting consequences.
Prompt Ethics
You agree not to use the Intelligence Layer to generate harmful, illegal, or deceptive content. Rebellion does not mean lawlessness.
3. Semantic Sovereignty
Your data is your leverage. droidDo is built on a "Privacy-by-Design" architecture that ensures strict isolation between Tenants and Clients.
- Ownership: You retain 100% ownership of your business data, customer records, and proprietary workspace schemas.
- Isolation: We use cryptographic isolation at the database layer to ensure no cross-client data leakage.
- No Training on Your Data: We do not use your proprietary business records to train models for other users. Your competitive edge is safe.
4. Recursive Governance
droidDo utilizes a 3-tier hierarchy system (Platform → Tenant → Client). This allows for recursive white-labeling and localized management.
Tenants are responsible for their own sub-clients, including first-line support and billing relationships. While the platform provides the infrastructure, the relationship between a Tenant and their Client is governed by their independent agreements, which must not conflict with these primary terms.
5. Termination & Exit
Independence means choosing where you build. You can terminate your relationship with droidDo at any time. We believe in your freedom, even if that means you choose a different path.
Upon termination, you have the right to export your Record data and Workspace configurations. droidDo reserves the right to suspend any account that engages in systemic abuse, platform destabilization, or violation of our high-trust AI guidelines.
